We got tired of watching tourists get rushed through our home.
No Drama Llama Peru was started by guides from Cusco and the Sacred Valley who were done watching big-bus operators sprint travelers past the parts of Peru that actually matter — the conversation with a weaver in Chinchero, the quiet minute at the top of a pass, the meal that isn't on any tour-group menu. So we built the trips we'd want to take ourselves: small groups, honest pacing, and guides who are from here, not just stationed here.
Every trip is planned with a local family or cooperative built into it somewhere along the way — because the point of coming to Peru is meeting Peru, not just photographing it.
